How to advertise a vacancy
As an employer, you can publish job listings on Finnting — free, simple and visible to job seekers with a relevant profile.
Post manually
- Log in and go to Legg ut stilling (Post a vacancy).
- Fill in the title, description, work location, type of employment, application deadline and the application link. The link to where candidates apply (the employer's portal) is mandatory — without it, no one can apply for the position directly.
- Publish — the listing is visible straight away.
A good listing has a clear title, a concrete description of the duties and requirements, and a clear application deadline. That makes it easier for job seekers — and for Finnting — to match the vacancy with the right candidates.
Automatically via the API
If you use an ATS or HR system, you can send vacancies automatically via the business API. See API and feed for details. Jobs are supported in the API on a par with cars, boats and property.
Free for employers
Publishing vacancies is free through 2027. The planned price after that is 990 kr per listing (30 days). You'll always find the current prices at /priser. See also How to get your business started.
How your vacancy is shown
Your listing appears in the search results on /jobb and can be shown as a personal match to job seekers with a relevant CV and preferences. A clear, informative job description increases your chances of reaching the right candidates.
